Wool Applique Pattern Kit “Country Kitchen Shelf 1847” primitive antique shelf hand dyed wool fabric

Description

If my collecting days weren’t over (and they are!) I would still be prowling through antique shops and malls most weekends. My eyes instinctively know how to find what I love best: mid-to-late 1800s kitchen essentials.

Pewter … stoneware crockery … chambersticks … red ware and yellow ware … baskets … tin lanterns … and wonderful old hand crafted shelves and cabinetry to hold it all.

If you love these things, too, I think you’ll find this wall hanging is REALLY FUN to stitch together! Finished (in case it matters), it measures 21″ x 21.”

Your pattern is packed into a clear 9″ x 12″recloseable bag, the contents of which include a cover page with color photographs of the completed project (same as those above), detailed instructions, two pages of traceable pattern elements, a list of fabric requirements, and nine pages that comprise a line drawing of the entire wall hanging; these you will need to trim and/or tape together, referencing the layout.

If you purchase the Pattern AND Kit BOTH, you will receive the pattern described in the previous paragraph, as well as all the hand dyed and felted/fulled wool fabric to complete this project. The floss, Pellon stabilizer, and backing fabric are not included.

All elements of this pattern, all the photographs on this page, and the design itself are © 2018 Karen Hahn at horseandbuggycountry.com. All rights reserved and protected. The purchase of a pattern is solely for the use of the individual buyer, and may not be reproduced or redistribured in any format, for any reason.
