Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy was added to the website on May 24, 2018 so that, even though https://horseandbuggycountry.com/ is an American enterprise based in Wisconsin, we are in compliance with the newly enacted terms of the GDPR ( https://ec.europa.eu/commission/priorities/justice-and-fundamental-rights/data-protection/2018-reform-eu-data-protection-rules_en ) as set forth in April by the European Union. Although HorseAndBuggyCountry does not ship anywhere outside the United States, buyers all over the world can purchase the digital/downloadable PDF e-patterns offered on this website, including, of course, customers in the EU. Had we failed to create and include this policy on the website, believe it or not, the EU would have the authority to exact stiff/heavy/expensive fines against this very (very) small American business enterprise.
